Review draft—not effective terms

Participate for entertainment and within limits you can afford. The proposed framework includes purchase/play limits, session reminders and temporary breaks from 24 hours to six months.
Decreases in limits should take effect promptly; increases have a 72-hour cooling-off period. Support channels and available tools will be announced before activation. Complete self-service limits and timed controls are not yet available in this MVP.
The proposed minimum self-exclusion period is five years, with a permanent option. Play and purchase access stop when the exclusion is processed, and marketing ceases. The minimum period cannot be revoked.
After a time-limited minimum period, a written request and 30-day review are required; access does not automatically resume. Permanent exclusion has no expiry.
Qualifying SC meeting the Redemption threshold are proposed to be processed through support within 30 days after identity verification, without resuming play. Below-threshold balances, remaining Playthrough and pending cases require final rules; this draft does not automatically forfeit them.
Voluntary closure is separate from self-exclusion. Eligible final transactions can be reviewed without enabling more play. GC cannot be redeemed for cash; qualifying purchase refunds are considered under the Refund Policy.
Support contact and verified external assistance resources will be provided before live operation. No support phone number or self-service tool is implied to be active by this draft.
