This policy concerns GC purchase payments. SC prize Redemption is governed separately by the Official Rules. GC cannot be redeemed for cash.
GC purchases are generally final, subject to applicable rights and qualifying exceptions such as verified unauthorized payments, duplicate charges, unresolved non-delivery or qualifying underage transactions. A change of mind or game loss alone is not a refund entitlement.
Once the support channel is active, report problems promptly with the account email, transaction reference, date, amount and explanation. Do not email complete card credentials.
The proposed ordinary process acknowledges a complete request within two business days, investigates within five, and gives a written decision within seven business days of receipt. An approved refund is proposed to be submitted within three business days of decision; credit may then take five to ten business days.
Special deadlines for duplicate charges and non-delivery, reporting windows and extension rules are being reconciled before activation. These proposed periods do not remove applicable statutory or payment-dispute rights.
Refunds normally use the original payment method. Related GC adjustments, free SC and pending Redemption treatment will be specified in the final policy.
You retain applicable rights to contact your bank, card issuer or competent authority. Contacting SweepStar first is encouraged but is not stated as a condition of those rights. A legitimate dispute alone is not proof of fraud.
The proposed internal appeal window is fourteen calendar days after a refund decision, with a written response within ten business days. An internal decision does not eliminate external rights. Appeal contact: to be confirmed.
