1.1SweepStar at sweepstar.us is operated by SweepStar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These review-version Terms describe the proposed service together with the Official Rules, AMOE Instructions, Privacy, Refund, Responsible Play and Identity Verification notices.
1.2Company correspondence address and support contact: to be confirmed. No public support or postal channel is activated by this review version.
2.1The MVP participation scope is Texas and Ohio. You must be at least 18, or the higher applicable age, and meet the residence and physical-location requirements. Final eligibility remains subject to confirmation before operation.
2.2Provide accurate information. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, evade account or location restrictions, or use unauthorized payment information. Account verification is required for applicable rewards and Redemption.
3.1Gold Coins (GC) are entertainment tokens with no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred. A GC purchase buys entertainment use; it does not buy SC.
3.2Sweeps Coins (SC) are promotional tokens, never sold. Free methods include AMOE and eligible rewards; GC packages may include a disclosed free SC bonus. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
4.1Games settle each Round in SC. There are no periodic drawings or ranked drawing prizes. Promotional SC grants carry 1x Playthrough. Locked SC can be played but cannot be redeemed. Game wins and returned rejected Redemptions do not add a new promotional Playthrough requirement; a reversed Round may restore the corresponding requirement.
4.2Ordinary Redemption requires all remaining account Playthrough to be zero, even when part of the balance is shown as Redeemable SC. Receiving another SC grant can delay a request. Completing Playthrough does not guarantee a prize.
4.3Proposed Redemption rules: 1 Redeemable SC corresponds to US$1 in prize value; minimum 50 SC; calendar-month limit 10,000 SC; ACH to a verified U.S. bank account in your name. Processing is expected 5–10 business days after approval. Submission, approval and bank receipt are separate stages. Monthly accounting and exception details remain to be finalized.
5.1You may request closure or self-exclusion through the support channel once announced. Protection requests stop play and purchases while qualifying balances can be reviewed separately through support.
5.2The proposed self-exclusion rule processes qualifying SC balances meeting the threshold within 30 days after identity verification, without reopening play. Treatment of balances below the threshold, remaining Playthrough and pending disputes is not finalized; this draft does not impose automatic forfeiture of those balances.
5.3The MVP rules do not automatically expire SC solely because of account inactivity. GC cannot be redeemed; any qualifying purchase-refund rights are considered separately.
6.1Review the package details and Refund Policy before a GC purchase. A legitimate bank dispute alone is not proof of fraud. Fraud, collusion and exploitation of errors may be investigated under the final policies and applicable law.
6.2SweepStar and its licensors retain rights in their protected content. Use the service only for authorized personal entertainment. Do not copy or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.
6.3Material changes will identify an effective date and notice. Proposed notice periods are at least seven days before material changes and at least 30 days before a planned promotion end, with exceptional circumstances still to be finalized.
6.4Governing law, dispute-resolution provisions, liability limits and policy priority are pending final review. This review version does not create an operative arbitration or class-action waiver. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
